You can rent a car for a few hours or days. You don't need to buy any insurance. You don't need to pay for gas. You don't have to worry about having a parking spot for the car. Zipcar.com is making millions.
Problem: Only need to use car occasionally, but the price of car insurance is expensive. In big cities, it is inconvenient to have to worry about keeping a car parked.
