Hot Rice without cooking

Some people developed a way of having hot rice without having to cook it. The idea is simple how do you make hot rice without having to cook it before consumption? The developers thought of ways to warm the rice before eating. They cooked the rice and put it under 4000 times atmospheric pressure, and package it. Then, they deveoped a package of material that release heat (exotheric package). Then, they put these two things together in a ready made product. The consumer just need to pour cold water on the exothermic package to trigger the release of heat, and the rice absorb the heat, and the cold water turn into steam.

Idea: Cooked Cold Rice (under 4000 atmospheric pressure) + Exothermic package + cold water ==> Hot Rice
