Entertainment, and concert tickets are expensive and hard to get. Some tickets to rare events are extremely valuable. Sometimes, we have the tickets, but we can't attend the event, and can't find anyone interested in attending it. Then, the tickets go to waste, even though there are people who are interested in these events. The founders of StubHub.com got the idea to setup a website that allows people to sell their tickets. Ebay.com bought StubHub.com for $310 millions.
